RJT Pennant Ltd., are a Harte Group company. We have extensive experience and have provided a full range of civil engineering services to both public and private clients since 1974.

Our main areas of operation are General Civil Engineering and Groundworks, Roads and drainage Infrastructure, Concrete structures, Marine and River Works, Rail Infrastructure, Energy infrastructure and Plant Hire.

We carry out a wide variety of projects ranging from under £50k to over £5m and our annual turnover is in excess of £17m

The RJT Pennant head office is in Livingston in Central Scotland which allows us to provide our services to the main population areas of West and East of Scotland. Whilst our main plant yard is at Livingston, we have a non operated plant yard at Bargeddie.

We employ 122 operatives and staff and ensure that they are trained to the highest level through our associated group company RJT Excavation’s CITB accredited Training and Test Centre. In addition we have appropriately trained and certified staff and operatives for works in the Rail environment.

In addition, as part of the Harte Group, we have access to resources and expertise in the specialised activities of Heavy Earthworks, Street Lighting & Signage, Surfacing and Road Markings, Utility Installation and Transport.
